Receive the update and recommendations of the Evaluation Review Committee related to RFP No. 08-17, "Information Technology Master Plan;" award contract to ClientFirst Technology Consulting to provide an IT Master Plan and Consulting Services in the amount of $99,902; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On April 6, 2017, the Executive Office released RFP No. 08-17 titled "Information Technology Master Plan". The RFP closed on May 8, 2017, and nine responsive proposals were received. The RFP evaluation review committee, which consisted of eight individuals (three representatives from the Mendocino County Executive Office (CEO), one Board of Supervisors, two Mendocino County Sheriff's Office (MCSO), one Mendocino County Department of Planning and Building Services and one Mendocino County Health and Human Services Agency) met and determined that four of the responsive proposers would be invited to provide oral presentations/demonstrations. The four proposers, BerryDunn, Elert & Associates, ClientFirst and NexLevel, presented to the evaluation review committee on July 12, 2017.
