Summary of Request

The Tentative Map for Minor Subdivision No. MS 2015-0002 (Sundstrom) was conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on 21 April 2016.   The Minor Subdivision is located 2±- miles north east of Gualala, lying on the east side of Old Stage Road (CR 502) just north of its intersection with Pacific Woods Road (private), 38701 Old Stage Road, Gualala; APN 145-011-01.  The Minor Subdivision will create two parcels of 23.9 acres and 13.97 acres.  Condition of approval No. 20 requires that an avigation easement be recorded on the subject property. The avigation easement grants specific rights to the public regarding regular aviation operations (landings, takeoffs and general operations) at Ocean Ridge Airport, and creates obligations on behalf of the property owner regarding not encroaching into the easement area.
