PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On December 19, 2017, and January 9, 2018, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors provided direction to staff to review certain aspects of the Cannabis Cultivation and Facilities Ordinances and report back to the Board.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Representatives from the Department of Agriculture, Department of Planning and Building Services, and the County Counsel's Office have prepared the attached memorandum listing items previously discussed by the Board of Supervisors. Staff will discuss the items in the attached memorandum at the meeting and seek direction on moving forward with a set of ordinance amendments to both the Cannabis Cultivation Ordinance and the Cannabis Facilities Ordinance.
