SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The emergency permit was issued to reroof an existing single family residence, located at 36450 South Highway 1, Gualala (APN: 144-130-36). The single family residence is on a bluff top parcel within 50 feet of the bluff face. Failure to reroof will lead to further leaks which could potentially damage the home walls and flooring. This emergency permit is effective immediately and shall become null and void at the end of sixty (60) days. Prior to expiration of this Emergency Permit, the applicant shall submit a standard Coastal Development Permit application for the work authorized by this permit.
