Adopt Resolution accepting Traffic Study Number (No.) 17-01, declaring the intent to establish a speed zone recommended by Traffic Study No. 17-01, direct Department of Transportation (DOT) and County Counsel to prepare and submit an Ordinance establishing prima facie speed limit as presented in Traffic Study No. 17-01, authorizing and directing DOT, upon adoption of said Ordinance, to erect, place and maintain the appropriate traffic control devices (Talmage Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

DOT requests the Board accept the findings of Traffic Study No. 17-01, which determined that the establishment of a 25 mile per hour prima facie speed zone on Ruddick Cunningham Road, County Road (CR) 205 from milepost (MP) 0.00 to MP 0.50, is in order.
ALTERNATIVE ACTION/MOTION:
Not accept the findings and recommendations of Traffic Study No. 17-01, which determined the establishment of a 25 mile per hour prima facie speed zone on Ruddick Cunningham Road, CR 205, MP 0.00 to MP 0.50.
