SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Mendocino County Library is looking to enter Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sonoma Clean Power to offer Do It Yourself Toolkits for checkouts to make homes more energy efficient. The MOU specifies that there will be no exchange of funds between the Mendocino County Library and Sonoma Clean Power. The kits will be available for checkout and will include some energy saving supplies such as low flow showerheads and weather stripping. There will also be tools that will need to be returned when the kits are due back to the library. The tools include energy efficiency testing devices and tools to install energy saving supplies.
