On February 27, 2018, an announcement was made during open session of the Board of Supervisors meeting regarding the intent to purchase property located at 190 Orr Street, Ukiah (APN No. 002-093-25, 00).
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Sheriff's Office has requested the purchase of property located on Orr Street, which is a 3.26 acre property that includes a commercial kitchen, three houses, a shop building, and a storage building. The property will be used as a potential future location for a regional Training Center for law enforcement and mental health, indoor shooting range, inmate vegetable garden; vocational space for inmate programs and as a potential home for the relocated Ukiah patrol unit.
