Adopt Resolution changing the name of County Road 141, Cox Schrader Road (Frontage Road E), to Rivino Ranch Road; Adopt Resolution, vacating County Road 141, Rivino Ranch Road (Ukiah Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On November 7, 2017, the Board of Supervisors approved Resolution Number (No.) 17-161 to set a date for a public hearing on the above referenced name change and road vacation petitions of CR 141, Cox Schrader Road (Frontage Road E). During the November 7, 2017, meeting, the Board declared its intention to conduct summary road vacation proceedings regarding the road segment. The Clerk of the Board administratively set April 24, 2018, as the date for the Public Hearing.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Name Change Petition No. 17-01 and Road Vacation Petition No. 17-01 have been submitted to the Board of Supervisors and requests for name change and vacation of CR 141, Cox Schrader Road (Frontage Road E), from M.P. 0.0 to its end, approximately .84 acres have been made. Staff reports have been prepared and are hereby being submitted to the Board. Proper notice for the Public Hearing has been given.
