Approve Agreement with Canyon Manor in the Amount of $455,520 to provide residential mental health treatment to clients of Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services for the term of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2018; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request

Canyon Manor is a residential care facility located in Novato, California that offers a broad range of services to adult clients of Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services who require a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Services include psychological rehabilitation support, provision of residential and health care needs, and working with clients to develop life skills.
