PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On December 19, 2017, January 9, 2018 and January 23, 2018, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors provided direction to staff to review certain aspects of the Cannabis Cultivation and Facilities Ordinances and report back to the Board with proposed amendments. The Planning Commission reviewed the changes at its March 15, 2018, meeting, and recommended that the proposed changes be adopted by the Board of Supervisors, subject to specific recommendations made in their resolution. On April 10, 2018, the Board of Supervisors Introduced and Waived Reading of Ordinance.
