SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On February 23, 2018, the Board signed a Settlement Agreement to resolve several legal actions between the County of Mendocino, the Friends of Outlet Creek, the Air Quality Management District, Grist Creek Aggregates, LLC and other persons and entities and directed the Air Quality Management District to pay legal expenses as outlined in the Agreement.
