Approve amendment to BOS Agreement No. 17-063 with Canyon Manor increasing the amount from $222,753 to $455,520 to provide residential treatment services for Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services clients in FY 17-18; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Canyon Manor is a residential care facility located in Novato, California that offers a broad range of services to adult clients of Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services who require a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Services include psychological rehabilitation support, provision of residential and health care needs, and working with clients to develop life skills.

Funding for this Agreement will allow continuation of services for Mendocino County clients already in residence at Canyon Manor.
