Summary of Request

Willow Glen Care Center provides coordinated residential care and specialized programs in a safe and supportive environment. Willow Glen offers a broad range of services to adults requiring a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Services include group therapy, trainings, entertainment/recreation, transportation and programs to promote the recovery of clients for independent living in the community. The County’s goal is to transfer clients to a less restrictive residential setting as soon as they are medically able. Basic daily rates vary depending on the level of care. Behavioral Health and Recovery Services referred more clients than anticipated during the 2017-18 fiscal year and the increase to the original Agreement amount is necessary for the clients’ continued care.
