The Board of Supervisors approved BOS Agreement No. 16-078 September 13, 2016; the Board approved an amendment (BOS Agreement No. 16-078-A1) on November 14, 2017.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino County Youth Project ("MCYP") provides a mental health clinician 20.0 hours per week to the youth incarcerated in the Mendocino County Juvenile Hall. The funding is provided by the Supportive and Therapeutic Options Program (STOP) grant and the Youthful Offender Block Grant (YOBG).
