Summary of Request

JUMP Technology Services, L.L.C. provides LEAPS software, the Adult Protective Services (APS) case management system used by Health and Human Services Agency, Adult and Aging Services. The proposed three-year Agreement covers costs associated with user licenses, hosting services, software maintenance, product support, web-based trainings, and optional database backups. Signing a three-year Agreement ensures APS continues to pay the same amount each fiscal year and avoids a 6% increase in cost that will be incurred by counties that have annual contracts.
