Summary of Request:
These twenty-two DOT contracts will provide for construction of the 2017 Storm Damage Event permanent repairs on Albion Little River Road, County Road 403, Milepost 0.50; Blue Lake Terrace, County Road 671A, Milepost 0.50; Fish Rock Road, County Road 122, Milepost 5.95, Milepost 17.35, and Milepost 19.10; Laytonville Dos Rios Road, County Road 322, Milepost 0.99, Milepost 1.01, Milepost 5.22, and Milepost 6.15; Mallard Street, County Road 621, Milepost 0.10; Marina Drive, County Road 226, Milepost 0.52; Nokomis Road, County Road 117, Milepost 0.01; Old Toll Road, County Road 108, Milepost 3.13, and Milepost 3.31; Peacock Drive, County Road 619, Milepost 0.45; Poonkinney Road, County Road 326, Milepost 1.46; Primrose Drive, County Road 604, Milepost 3.40, and Milepost 3.80; Robinson Creek Road, County Road 125, Milepost 1.52; Spyrock Road, County Road 323, Milepost 8.00; University Road, County Road 116B, Milepost 3.78 at an estimated cost of $6,292,000, with a local match of $393,250.
Funding for Fiscal Year (F/Y) 18/19 through F/Y 20/21 is budgeted through Budget Unit (BU) 3030, and is anticipated to be 93.75% reimbursable through Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and California Disaster Assistance Act (CDAA) funding. The project work will consist of construction of soldier pile walls, underdrain systems, and rock slope protection, etc. Eligibility for FEMA and CDAA funding will be confirmed prior to contracting.

Postpone advertising for bids and award of contracts and delay commencement of construction.
