Approve Agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc., DBA Arbor Outpatient Drug Free Clinic, in the amount of $70,000 to provide state certified Medi-Cal counseling services to transitional age youth for the period of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request

Arbor Outpatient Drug Free Clinic is a State Certified Drug Medi-Cal provider located at 810 North State Street in Ukiah. The Arbor offers individual and group counseling services for Transitional Age Youth from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. In order to meet Medi-Cal eligibility and medical necessity criteria, clients receiving services at The Arbor must have a dual diagnosis of co-occurring mental health issues and substance abuse disorders.
