Approve Agreement with Davis Guest Home in the amount of $115,000 to provide residential mental health treatment to clients of Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services for the term of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Davis Guest Home is a residential care facility located in Modesto, California offering a broad range of services to adult clients of Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services. All residents placed with Davis Guest Home require a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Services include psychological rehab support, activities and educational opportunities to improve life skills, treatment by a psychiatrist, and provision of healthcare needs.
