Approve Agreement with Redwood Quality Management Company in the amount of $1,100,000 to provide Mental Health Plan Specialty Mental Health Medication Support Services to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries in Mendocino County for the term of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) currently contracts with Redwood Quality Management Company (RQMC) for the provision of all mandated Specialty Mental Health Services on behalf of Mendocino County. RQMC, functioning as an Administrative Services Organization (ASO), oversees and manages the delivery of Specialty Mental Health Services, both to children and youth, age 24 and younger, and to adults, age 25 and older, through a well-developed coalition of local subcontractors.

Pursuant to the proposed Agreement, RQMC will also maintain responsibility for the provision and management of Medication Support Services for eligible beneficiaries of all ages as mandated by the County's Mental Health Plan. Before July 1, 2016, the date the Ortner Management Group contrac...
