Approve Agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. DBA Redwood Community Crisis Center in the amount of $66,542 to provide 24/7 crisis response, outreach and engagement for children, youth and young adults for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Redwood Community Crisis Center (RC3) provides emergency mental health crisis intervention services to the children, youth, and young adults in Mendocino County who are experiencing crisis episodes and need immediate support. RC3 will provide one Community Liaison and three Regional Support Team Members to provide monitoring for youth experiencing First Episode Psychosis, with 24/7 crisis response, outreach and engagement, after care services, and will work closely with other community organizations.
