Approve retroactive Agreement with FEI.com Inc., in the amount of $63,056.72, to provide support and maintenance for the MendoWITS software system for the period of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
FEI.Com, Inc. is a software company located in Columbia, Maryland providing support and maintenance services for Mendocino County's version of the Web-based Infrastructure for Treatment Services ("MendoWITS") Electronic Health Record system for Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, Substance Use Disorders Treatment. This Agreement includes support and maintenance of the MendoWITS Ad-hoc Reporting service/system, various enhancements to the modules and services during the transition to Avatar. These enhancements will comply with the requests from Mendocino County users and the California Department of Health Care Services. The Contractor signed this agreement on June 5, which was too late for processing to come before the Board on June 19. July 10 was the next available meeting for Board consideration of this Agreement with a July 1 starting date.
