Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation Agreement Number 180031, Professional Services Agreement with MGE Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $63,176 for construction management services for the term starting upon execution of the Agreement through December 31, 2019, and authorizing an additional contingency amount of $6,300 for the Laytonville Pedestrian Bridge over Ten Mile Creek on Branscomb Road, County Road 429, at milepost (MP) 25.41 (Laytonville area); and authorize Chair to sign same.
