Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement number 180067 in the amount of $1,030 with and accepting the Grant Deed conveying real property from Justin Jacobson Delmer, for the acquisition of rights of way needed for construction of permanent 2017 storm damage repairs, on Mountain View Road, County Road (CR) 210, Milepost (MP) 22.02, project no. F-1706.101PR, (Boonville Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
Resolution No. 17-064 (May 16, 2017), Board of Supervisors (BOS) authorized DOT to advertise for bids and award DOT contracts to construct 2016 and 2017 Storm Damage permanent repairs on various county roads, including Mountain View Road, CR 510, MP 22.02.
Summary of Request:
Rights of way are needed for the above-referenced project for repairs that consists of replacement of an existing culvert crossing with a precast concrete box culvert; also repairs will consist of excavation and removal of embankment slope, then restored to pre-existing roadway surface damaged by the 2017 storms on Mountain View Road, CR 510 at MP 22.02. Justin Jacobson Delmer, owns the property that the County needs to acquire and has signed DOT Agreement No. 180067 and the Grant Deed, in accordance with the terms set forth in said agreement, whereby he agrees to convey to the County the said rights of way needed. DOT is now requesting the Board approve DOT Agreement No. 180067 and accept the Grant Deed for the conveyance of real property to the County from Justin Jacobson Delmer.
