SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino County routinely signs a contract with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) that allows the County to recoup federal and state funds to provide specialty mental health services. The proposed amendment to Agreement No. 12-89375, initiated by the State in May 2018, changes the end date from June 30, 2018, to June 30, 2017, to avoid an overlap with the existing DHCS contract (which is represented on a separate Board Agenda Item).
