PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On May 6, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved BOS Agreement 14-017. On July 11, 2017, the Board approved an amendment to BOS Agreement 14-017.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
In 2013 the state approved the County's 2012 CDBG application which included the funding for CDC to complete Direct Homebuyer Assistance and Activity Delivery for the project. At this time, staff requests an amendment to BOS Agreement 14-017 in anticipation of final closeout of the Community Development Block Grant 12-CDBG-8399. CDC is working on one final loan that should utilize the $170,000 remaining of their project balance, as well as approximately $21,000 in activity delivery. The amendment to the agreement will allow for final invoices, reporting and disbursement of funds to be completed to officially expend all CDBG allocations as approved by the State, Housing and Community Development (HCD). Once the open grant has been closed, the County also stands a better chance of qualifying for future funds during the competitive application...
