PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The Board of Supervisors allocated funding to Fire Districts on June 19, 2018.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Board of Supervisors allocated $488,000 ($398,000 of Prop 172 Funds & $90,000 from the General Fund) to the Fire Districts in the June 19, 2018 adopted budget. Amounts to be disbursed are based upon the distribution formula provided by the Mendocino County Association of Fire Districts as shown in Attachment A. The three Funding Agreements that are presented for Board consideration exceed the Purchasing Agent's authority of $50,000 to sign and as such, require the Board of Supervisors approval.
