Accept update from the Mental Health Treatment Act Citizen's Oversight Committee, an advisory committee per Measure B Ordinance number 4387 as approved by voters of Mendocino County on progress since the September 11, 2018 update and provide direction as appropriate.
PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
May 8, 2018 the committee Chair gave an update to the BOS; July 10, 2018 the committee gave an update to the BOS; August 7, 2018 the committee gave an update to the BOS; September 11, 2018 the committee gave an update to the BOS.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On November 7, 2017 the Measure B Ordinance Number 4387 was passed by the voters of Mendocino County and the Mental Health Treatment Act Citizen's Oversight Committee was formed. The committee was directed by the BOS on May 8, 2018 to present a committee update to the BOS at the first BOS meeting of each month. The committee Chair or designee will update the BOS monthly as directed.
