Adopt Resolution authorizing the processing of a Consolidated Coastal Development Permit by the California Coastal Commission for the California Department of Parks and Recreation, North Coast District to remove seven (7) toilets and install four (4) ADA vault toilets in the Usal Campground area of Sinkyone Wilderness State Park; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The California Department of Parks and Recreation, North Coast Redwoods District proposes to remove all seven (7) existing "Shasta" style vault toilets and install four (4) new pre-manufactured concrete vault toilets. The project entails creating building pads ranging from 775 square feet to 1,200 square feet at four locations in the Usal Campground. Each location will include a vault restroom, bear proof trash can, signage, van accessible parking stall, wheel stop and aggregate paving transition to roadway. The vault restrooms will be 96 square feet in area and 11 feet in height. Mapping from the California Coastal Commission has confirmed that the restroom locations are under both California Coastal Commission and Mendocino County jurisdiction.
