Approve Amendment to Board of Supervisors Agreement 18-078 with Kemper Consulting Group adding additional funding in the amount of $28,000 to provide mental health needs assessment consulting services for the period of May 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 for a new not to exceed Agreement amount of $68,000; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On May 8, 2018, the Board of Supervisors requested that the Measure B Committee develop a more defined detailed scope of work in the form of an additional agreement for the Mental Health Needs Assessment. On June 20, 2018, the Board of Supervisors approved BOS Agreement 18-078 with Kemper Consulting Group in the amount of $40,000. The Board of Supervisors considered this item during their September 25, 2018, Board meeting, directing staff to present the proposed amendment to the Measure B Oversight Committee and then return to the Board for their final consideration.
