SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On September 25, 2018, the Board of Supervisors took action to appoint Chair Hamburg and Human Resources Director, Heidi Dunham, to represent the County in negotiations with Ms. Carmel Angelo.

On September 25, 2018, the appointed negotiators met to discuss the employment agreement with Ms. Angelo with the terms reached for a contract amendment for four years effective October 7, 2o18, through October 6, 2022.

ALTERNATIVE ACTION/MOTION:
Do not approve recommended action and provide further direction to staff.
