Adopt Resolution approving Agricultural Preserve No. A 2019 -0001 (Eagle Creek Pacific, LLC) and approve the Williamson Act contract for two separate 40 +/- acre parcels off State Highway 128 in Boonville (APNs: 029-060-15, -16, 029-070-25, 029-080-01, 029-100-11, 029-120-13, & 029-620-11); and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request:
Eagle Creek Pacific, LLC requests the creation and approval of a new Williamson Act contract on two separate 40 +/- acres parcels in Boonville off State Highway 128. This request was approved unanimously by the Planning Commission on August 2, 2018. Planning Commission Report is attached.
Alternative Action/Motion:
Deny the Agricultural Preserve, finding the project to be inconsistent with the goals and policies of the General Plan and/or the applicable sections of the Mendocino County Code, with respect to criteria necessary for inclusion into an Agricultural Preserve as found in Mendocino County’s Policies and Procedures for Agricultural Preserves and Williamson Act Contracts.
