Summary of Request:
Annually, Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC) and the Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) require confirmation of each member county’s Delegate and Alternate to their Board of Directors. The first board meetings of 2019 will be held January 16, in Sacramento. Appointment of alternate member representatives will take place at the Board of Supervisors organizational meeting in January.
