PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 17-142, (October 3, 2017) the Mendocino Board of Supervisors authorized the Director of Transportation to execute Subrecipient Agreement and/or any amendments thereto on behalf of Mendocino County with the Mendocino Council of Governments (MCOG).
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The proposed Resolution authorizes the Director of Transportation to execute all Annual Exhibits for Subrecipient Agreement Number 170087 for the remaining term of the Agreement through June 20, 2022, on behalf of Mendocino County with MCOG. Mendocino County Department of Transportation is eligible to receive reimbursement for the cost of specific projects of the County Road System through Federal and/or State funding: Work Program Funds (WP), Local Funds, and Regional Surface Transportation (RSTP) funds, for certain transportation projects through MCOG.
