On June 6, 2017, the Board of Supervisors approved Agreement No. BOS 17-036.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On June 6, 2017, the Board of Supervisors approved Agreement No. BOS 17-036 with Ukiah Auto Dismantlers, Inc. (UAD). Since that time, Mr. Wayne Hunt of Ukiah Auto Dismantlers, Inc. has transferred ownership of the company and it is now recognized as Ukiah Auto Dismantlers, LLC and is under different ownership. Mr. Hunt has been providing removal and disposal services to the County's Abandoned Vehicle Abatement program for many years and in order to continue removal of abandoned vehicles under the program without interruption of services, Mr. Hunt wishes to assign his responsibility for the service agreement to UAD LLC.
