Summary of Request:
Amendment No. 5 provides for $85,336 in additional funds needed to complete further environmental studies, and geotechnical engineering services including revisions to structural engineering designs as required by the California Department of Transportation. The costs of replacement of this bridge are anticipated to be paid for by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Highway Bridge Program (HBP) and Toll Credits.

Postpone approval of Amendment No. 5 to BOS Agreement No. 12-034/DOT Agreement No. 110118.
