Approve Agreement with Consolidated Tribal Health in the amount of $200,000 to provide strategies to improve access and engagement in behavioral health services to tribal community members in accordance with Mental Health Services Act - Prevention and Early Intervention criteria effective when Agreement becomes fully executed through June 30, 2020; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request:
The Mendocino County Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Reversion Plan identified $679,476 available for Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) services in Mendocino County. Consolidated Tribal Health will use $200,000 of these funds to provide strategies to improve access and engagement in behavioral health services to tribal members that meet Mental Health Services Act - Prevention and Early Intervention (MHSA-PEI) criteria for FY 2018-20. Consolidated Tribal Health will act as liaison between the Mendocino Tribal Governments and Mendocino County Government to provide engagement, discussion and consultation services toward increasing the number of tribal community members utilizing behavioral health services in Mendocino County.
