On July 10, 2018 the Board of Supervisors appointed Supervisors Hamburg and McCowen to an ad hoc committee to bring back proposals for possible amendments to the local Cannabis Cultivation Ordinance and to hold at least one public meeting.
Summary of Request:
The Cannabis Cultivation Ordinance Amendments Ad Hoc Committee held a public meeting on October 28, 2018, and reported their recommendations for possible amendments to the Board on November 16, 2018. The Board of Supervisors considered the recommendations and gave direction to staff, therefore the ad hoc committee may be disbanded.
