SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The North Coast Railroad Authority (NCRA) was formed in 1989 by the California Legislature under the North Coast Railroad Authority Act, Government Code Sections 93000, et seq. The NCRA consists of members appointed by the Boards of Supervisors of Marin County, Mendocino County, Humboldt County, and Sonoma County, and a city representative. The term of membership for each representative is two years.
