Summary of Request

Cole Creek Equestrian Center is currently boarding horses that were impounded in October 2017 & January 2018. The horses (19 male and female) were placed there because Mendocino County had a smaller contract in place, and the facility had the means to safely house/separate the horses.  Boarding of the horses needs to continue until the horses can be sold or otherwise relocated. This second Amendment will increase funds available to provide care for the impounded horses.
