Adopt the Resolution authorizing the adoption of the classification of Administrative Project Manager - Measure B and changes to the Position Allocation Table as follows: Budget Unit 1020, add 1.0 FTE Administrative Project Manager - Measure B; and authorize the Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On August 1, 2017, the Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 4387 adding Chapter 5.180 to the Mendocino County Code. On June 19, 2018, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Master Position Allocation Table for FY 2018 - 2019 Budget, Resolution No. 18-086.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Human Resources Department is charged, as part of the overall maintenance of the classification and compensation plan, to evaluate current classifications, create new classifications (including appropriate salary levels), reclassify positions, examine requests for salary grade adjustments, analyze allocations, and make recommendations for additions, modifications, and corrections.

In November of 2017, Mendocino County voters approved Measure B, an initiative seeking to impose a half-cent sales tax increase to fund mental health-related facilities and services in the county.
