In May 2017, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors directed staff to provide Board updates regarding the implementation of the Cannabis Cultivation Program.
Summary of Request:
The Department of Planning and Building Service will provide updates on the implementation of the Cannabis Cultivation Program including: pre-site inspections, permits issued and denied, compliance and enforcement and impacts of recently implemented procedures.

Do not receive the update/status report and provide direction to staff.
