Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation Agreement Number 190017 in the amount of $500 with and accepting the Grant Deed conveying real property from Mendocino Redwood Company, LLC, for the acquisition of rights of way needed for construction of permanent 2016 Storm Damage repairs on Comptche Ukiah Road, County Road 223, milepost 17.25, Project Number F-1706.103PR (Comptche Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
Resolution Number (No.) 17-110 (August 1, 2017), Board of Supervisors authorized Department of Transportation (DOT) to advertise for bids and award DOT contracts to construct 2016, and 2017 Storm Damage permanent repairs on various county roads, including Comptche Ukiah Road, (CR) 223, milepost (MP) 17.25.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Rights of way are needed for the above-referenced project for repairs that consist of excavating a section of embankment and line with Rock Slope Protection fabric and also reinforce the embankment with Rock Slope Protection and to also install an Asphalt dike in the inboard edge of the roadway, all to repair and resurface the roadway damaged by the 2016 storms on Comptche Ukiah Road, CR 223 at MP 17.25.
