In April 2019, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors directed the Department of Planning and Building Services to provide Board updates regarding the implementation of the Cannabis Cultivation Program.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Department of Planning and Building Services - Cannabis Division will provide updates on their respective components of the Cannabis Cultivation Program including: pre-site inspections, permits issued and denied, compliance and enforcement, and impacts of recently implemented procedures.
