Adopt Resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to $123,000 on certain paving work on a quarter mile section of county maintained road on Eureka Hill Road and approving and authorizing execution of Department of Transportation Agreement Number 190029, Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Point Arena concerning the same; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Reimburse up to $123,000 for additive work onto the City of Point Arena’s “Riverside Drive” project this summer to pave a quarter mile section of county maintained road, which is sandwiched between City maintained portions of what becomes Eureka Hill Road.
