SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The California State Water Resources Control Board has Beach Monitoring funding available for water quality monitoring and public notification programs at California beaches. Mendocino County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) has been receiving these funds for over 20 years through annual agreements with the State.
