Approve amendment to BOS Agreement No. 16-078-A2 with Mendocino County Youth Project ("MCYP") in the amount of $68,328, for a total agreement amount of $274,075, to provide mental health counseling services for Juvenile Hall; extending the termination date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2020; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The Board of Supervisors approved BOS Agreement No. 16-078 on September 13, 2016; the Board approved an amendment (BOS No. 16-078-A1) on November 14, 2017, to extend the termination date by one year to June 30, 2018 and to increase the total agreement amount by $61,975 to $140,673; The Board approved an amendment (BOS No. 16-078-A2) on June 19, 2018, to extend the termination date by one year to June 30, 2019 and to increase the total agreement amount by $65,074 to $205,747.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino County Youth Project ("MCYP") provides a mental health clinician 20.0 hours per week to the youth incarcerated in the Mendocino County Juvenile Hall. The funding is provided by the Supportive and Therapeutic Options Program (STOP) grant and the Youth Offender Block Grant (YOBG).
