Summary of Request:
Williams Ranch Road, a private rural road serving the greater Ridgewood Park Subdivision, southwest of Willits, has been closed due to forces of nature. The loss of this critical access road cuts off secondary access for the entire subdivision. Continued closure of this road poses life-threatening risks. Agencies are urged to find the least burdensome option for restoring emergency egress.
