Approve Agreements with Action Network Family Resource Center in the amount of $107,880, FIRST 5 Mendocino in the amount of $136,236, Redwood Community Services, Inc., in the amount of $229,068, and Safe Passage Family Resource Center in the amount of $81,372 to provide Differential Response Services for the term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director to sign any amendments to the Agreements that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
