Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation Agreement Number 190016, Professional Services Agreement with SHN Consulting Engineers & Geologists, in the amount of $77,765 for construction management services for the term starting upon execution of the Agreement through December 31, 2020, and authorizing an additional contingency amount of $8,000 for the Rowes Creek Bridge Replacement on Sherwood Road, County Road 311, (Willits Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 12-079 (May 22, 2012), the Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement No. 110121 with Quincy Engineering, Inc., for plans, specifications, and estimate bid package for the Rowes Creek Bridge on Sherwood Road. By Resolution No. 16-141 (December 6, 2016), the Board authorized the Director of Transportation to advertise for bids and award DOT Contract No. 160090 for construction of the Rowes Creek Bridge Replacement project.
