Approve amendment to BOS Agreement No. 16-011, in the amount of $26,875, for a new Agreement total of $349,375, and extending the termination date from June 30, 2019, to September 30, 2019, to provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) administration in Mendocino County, effective when Agreement becomes fully executed through September 30, 2019; and authorize Chair to sign same.
